I was blessed with the opportunity to join the GRTM family in 2010 as an assistant in operations. I worked directly with the team leader and soaked up every ounce of knowledge I could about the transportation industry. Relationships with our customers and carriers were one of the first notable traits of GRTM and still is our focal point every day. As a Team Leader myself now, I make sure everyone working directly with us understands the value of this and is always willing to go above and beyond with our partners. My motto is that we're in this together and we can't control everything that happens in transportation but we can get through it by working together respectfully. I carry this with me in life, in general as well. We have to take care of each other and do our best every day to be kind to one another in this crazy world we live in.

When I am not at the office I am devoted to spending time with my husband and son; we enjoy getting outside to hike, kayak, and fish. Family is my number one and if there is anything I have learned over the past couple of years, it is to be overly grateful and hold your loved ones tight. Life is short, we have to live our best life every day.
