I have been part of the ever-changing freight brokerage business for more than 26 years. It’s exciting to work with customers and carriers and develop those relationships into friendships. Each day I look forward to working with my team to find solutions that benefit this community. I embrace each new day as an opportunity to improve on what I have learned previously. I may seem like a dinosaur in this business, but if I am, I’m more like a Velociraptor. Smart, nimble and quick!

When I’m not at work, I spend most of my time with my family. As they have grown, the moments I get to spend with them are fewer so we try to make it count. If I could put myself with them at any given time, it would be at the beach. We love the water and the activities that surround it. We are also big fans of “Reality T.V.”, Survivor anyone?

God and community are important to me which is why I have spent the last 12 years working with the student ministry at our church. Working with the next generation is not easy, but so interesting. Whatever I can do to make sure they know God’s Love is what it takes. It’s never a dull moment for me and I love being part of the GRTM, Inc team as it has strengthened me and made me a better person.
